Sam serves as our Transcaction Coordinator and specializes in the execution and management of our clients’ contracts and all of their moving parts. Sam studied business at Barry University in Miami, FL and previously ran the administrative operations for various top producing real estate brokerages in Beverly Hills, CA. His strong knowledge of the contract and attention to detail ensures our clients’ transactions go as smoothly as possible.

Jim is a licensed Realtor® in Maryland, Washington,
D.C., and Virginia. Jim serves as our showing
specialist and works with our buyers in identifying
their wants and needs and gets straight to work on
finding their ideal home. Our unique tactics can
result in viewing homes before they hit the market
or even finding homes that are not even on the
market! Jim's creative, enthusiastic and informed
approach results in satisfying clients at the end of
each transaction by providing well-informed tours
to buyers of our homes via open houses or private
appointments.

Ina is our in-house Accredited Staging® Professional (ASP®), photographer and graphic designer. Ina previously worked as a graphic designer for various builders, remodeling and architect magazines. Since then she has added photography and staging to her many creative talents. Ina is available for a staging consultation and can also provide a higher level of staging. Ina’s unique combination of creative abilities help present our clients’ homes in the most favorable light, which helps us sell these homes for top dollar in a reasonable amount of time.

EJ is our inside sales associate who heads our outbound telemarketing efforts. She specializes in making hundreds of calls a week pitching our various homes to neighbors, potential buyers and Realtors. In some cases, she will even search for homes that are not yet on the market for buyers who are searching for very specific homes or homes in very hot neighborhoods. EJ previously worked in the same capacity for various real estate teams across the country. EJ's unique tactics provides our clients with yet another aggressive approach that ensures our clients’ homes receive the maximum exposure.
