| "When I first contacted Mynor I was impressed that he met with me the very next day and came extremely prepared. I met with him in Feb. 2011, and he went over the previous year’s sales history for the Whitehall condominium, where I had a unit for sale. He was honest and told me that the market was poor, and that in the past year many sellers had taken their property off the market because they could not get the sales price they wanted.
